I have an ebay business that I run. Whenever something sells, we normally send it through a company called royal mail. We do this by going to a store called, the Post Office.
However today was a little different. For two thirty minute periods the entire post office computer network was down. As a result, they could not register requests for printing postage labels.
I have to send stuff through a “signed-for” service(where the recipient of my products have to sign the package) and their system is down. If I cannot get my products dispatched, then that leads to my customers getting angry and leaving negative feedback.
