It happened once earlier on this summer and it’s happened once again. Mobile phone network O2 has had yet another outage. Approximately two million customers have been affected. The mobile phone network has stated that the problem is not location specific. They’ve also said that they’re working as fast as they can in order to fix this problem.
At the time of writing, I can confirm that a few people that I know are affected by the problem. Including me, a few people that I have spoken to have also reported to have no signal on their phones. That being said a friend of mine has not been affected and his phone is working just fine. Therefore, some people will have their phone service working as usual.
