I previously reported that Apple had to publish a statement on their site to say that Samsung did not copy the iPad on their UK website. However, a UK court was not happy with the way the statement was published. Apple now has 48 hours in which to re-write and re-publish the statement originally put out on their UK site. The statement must be published in an 11-point size font and displayed in full on the home page.
